What This Role Involves

The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and pool after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards are met. This role involves running sold room reports, verifying room status, determining discrepant rooms, prioritizing cleaning tasks, and updating the status of departing guest rooms. Additionally, the supervisor assists in managing daily activities within Housekeeping and acts as a liaison to coordinate efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Inspecting cleaned areas for adherence to quality standards
• Running sold room reports and verifying room status
• Determining discrepant rooms and prioritizing cleaning tasks
• Updating the status of departing guest rooms
• Assisting Housekeeping management in daily operations
• Liaising with other departments to coordinate efforts

What You Bring

Candidates should possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities. A background in hospitality or a related field is preferred, as well as experience in supervisory roles. Knowledge of hotel operations and cleaning procedures is essential.
