About This Position
As a Card Finishing Technician at CompoSecure in Somerset, you'll operate and maintain specialized card finishing equipment to support daily production operations. Your Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and perform routine adjustments on card finishing equipment to meet production goals
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
- Monitor production output and quality, documenting results and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Train new technicians on equipment operation and safety protocols, creating training documentation
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and adhere to all operational and safety procedures
- Lead daily maintenance and quality checks on Muhlbauer equipment and related finishing systems
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience operating manufacturing or precision equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
