About the Role

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. This role involves managing a team of technicians, planning and scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any issues that may arise.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Train and mentor technicians to enhance their skills and improve performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues before they become critical problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities into overall business operations.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment repair principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant tools.
