About the Role

Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in Pune, Maharashtra, and is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within budget and scope constraints.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress against these plans.
• Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges during project execution.
