What This Role Involves

This role is centered around ensuring a seamless and efficient evening shift operation. As a Shift Manager or Team Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your area during closing hours, from 2pm onwards. Your responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance levels.
• Ensure all food preparation and service meet McDonald's standards for quality and safety.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Supervise closing procedures, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills. You should have experience in managing teams and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. A background in food service or retail is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
