Position Summary
The Assistant Night Manager at The Hay-Adams is the Manager on Duty and responsible for all hotel operations during overnight shift hours. This role focuses on Front Office operations, night audit, and ensuring hotel safety and security. The Assistant Night Manager assists the Night Manager in managing the department's operations, planning, budgeting, staffing, and payroll according to hotel policies and procedures. Providing leadership and support to all members of the Front Office team while enforcing the Hay-Adams Standards of Excellence is a key responsibility.

- Perform all job duties in accordance with The Hay-Adams handbook, department operation manual, and hotel policies and procedures.
- Manage and monitor activities of Front Office employees to ensure adherence to standards of excellence and guidelines set in the employee handbook and hotel policies. Provide coaching, training, and corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
