Role Overview
Crestoperations is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. The PM will ensure that all projects align with the company’s strategic goals and customer commitments while managing budgets, schedules, stakeholder relations, equipment selection, and team communications.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and oversight to project teams and their activities.
- Manage project schedules and maintain scope of work.
- Identify all stakeholders and manage their expectations and concerns.
- Ensure projects are constructed within company specifications and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of the high-voltage industry, including substations and transmission lines.
- Experience in project management for EPC projects in utility, industrial, or renewable energy markets.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage budgets and schedules accurately.
