Core Duties

• Build and put into action detailed project roadmaps that cover timelines, financials, and assignment of people and materials.
• Align subcontractors, material providers, and company groups so intermediate goals stay on target.
• Uphold site safety rules and quality measures across every work location.
• Perform ongoing site visits and assessments confirming deliverables match stated requirements.
• Act as the main client liaison by handling questions, settling concerns, and sharing consistent progress reports.
• Build constructive ties with external parties such as municipal officials, nearby residents, and compliance bodies.
• Follow spending closely, examine financial summaries, and steer budgets toward stronger returns.
• Spot ways to reduce costs and apply smarter approaches to materials and labor use.
• Guide and energize crews that include site workers, technical staff, and administrative support.
• Stay present at project locations to direct field personnel effectively.
• Offer guidance and support that helps colleagues expand their capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently underway in Engineering, Construction Management, a related discipline, or comparable professional background.
• At least one year of prior project management work.
• Genuine drive to expand knowledge and advance inside a growing organization.
• High proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.
