About This Position

The Marketing Strategist, P&C Marketing Leader at IMA Financial Group builds and carries out strategies that align marketing initiatives with sales goals across client segments. You will partner with operational groups to refine messaging, produce supporting materials, and use insights from interactions and research to guide engagement timing and content throughout the buying process. Success means creating approved plans, coordinating creative delivery, measuring funnel impact, and recommending adjustments that improve results. About 10 percent overnight travel supports this full-time role across the listed office locations.

Core Duties

• Uphold the organization’s foundational principles in everyday activities
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion for every associate
• Build and carry out marketing strategies tailored to client verticals
• Shape content approaches jointly with business units and sales colleagues
• Supply sales teams with qualified prospects
• Represent client perspectives by determining best moments, channels, and messages for prospects and clients at each purchase stage, drawing on sales input and research
• Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans for review by business units, practice areas, sales, and enterprise marketing
• Write clear marketing and creative briefs for the Creative Team to execute
• Ensure marketing and sales materials are produced and delivered
• Evaluate and report how marketing efforts affect the pipeline
• Deliver immediate insights, reviews, and recommended actions covering the full marketing funnel

What We're Looking For

• Seven to twelve years of advancing marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Background directing lead and revenue generation work
• Capacity to order unclear or overlapping priorities
• Data-focused mindset with analytics reporting experience
• Working knowledge of basic web tools such as Google Analytics
• Hands-on background in digital ad buying, social platforms, DSPs, and search
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities
• Willingness for limited overnight travel (10 percent)
• Demonstrated business acumen, financial insight, professionalism, self-direction, and clear communication

For this Marketing Strategist, P&C Marketing Leader role the salary range is $120,000–$145,000 USD, with the final amount shaped by geographic location, prior experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
