The Opportunity

The Baca Charity seeks a dedicated Partnerships and Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based at the Baca office in Loughborough, with occasional travel expected within Leicestershire and Cambridgeshire, as well as across England.

What You'll Do

The Partnerships and Engagement Manager will be accountable to the Head of Fundraising and Communications. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinating events and activities that foster community engagement.
• Supporting fundraising efforts through strategic partnerships.
• Contributing to communications initiatives aimed at raising awareness about the charity's mission.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for supporting young people and driving positive change in communities.
• Experience in partnership development or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
