Role Overview

The Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to support the fundraising efforts of North London Hospice. This role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring that all partnerships align with the organization's goals.

Core Duties

• Identify potential corporate sponsors and develop tailored proposals for their involvement in fundraising activities.
• Negotiate sponsorship packages and contracts to maximize benefits for both North London Hospice and its partners.
• Maintain regular contact with existing corporate partners, ensuring they are engaged and satisfied with the partnership.
• Coordinate events and initiatives that involve corporate sponsors, including managing logistics and communications.
• Track and report on the success of partnerships to senior management and board members.

Requirements

• A proven track record in corporate fundraising or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful sponsorship strategies.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of North London Hospice's mission, services, and fundraising objectives is beneficial but not essential.
