Revenue Operations Partnerships Manager

Acrisure is seeking a Revenue Operations Partnerships Manager to join its Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County office. This full-time role will drive partnership strategy and revenue alignment for a fast-growing HR and payroll technology company serving thousands of small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.

The Opportunity

Join Acrisure as a Revenue Operations Partnerships Manager and help shape how we collaborate with strategic partners to scale our HR and payroll solutions. Following Acrisure's acquisition of Auris in 2025, this role sits at the intersection of revenue operations and partnership development—a unique position to influence how we grow alongside our partners and serve SMBs nationwide. You'll own the operational and strategic elements that turn partnership potential into measurable business results.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership strategy that aligns with revenue operations and company growth objectives
• Coordinate across sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner enablement and success
• Build and maintain systems, processes, and dashboards that track partnership performance and ROI
• Manage partner relationships, communication, and escalations to drive mutual success
• Analyze partnership data to identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and risk mitigation
• Support the operationalization of new and existing partnership models

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in revenue operations, partnerships, or similar cross-functional operational roles
• Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to work with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems
• Demonstrated success coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in the HR, payroll, or B2B SaaS space is a plus
