Supply Chain Manager, Strategic Engagement Partnerships, Global Procurement Sustainability, GPO

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Strategic Engagement Partnerships, to build and strengthen relationships with suppliers across our Global Procurement Sustainability program in Bellevue, King County. In this full-time role, you'll shape sourcing strategies that balance commercial excellence with environmental responsibility and positive community impact.

About the Role

The Global Procurement Sustainability team leverages Amazon's purchasing power to drive meaningful change: advancing environmental stewardship, creating economic opportunity, protecting human rights, and building community resilience. As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be at the center of this mission, partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to transform how we source materials and services worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, emphasizing sustainability practices and social impact alignment
• Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management initiatives that balance cost, quality, and environmental responsibility
• Design and execute supplier development programs that build capability and scale positive impact across supply tiers
• Analyze procurement data to identify risk, opportunity, and performance trends; communicate findings to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, sustainability, and business teams to embed sustainability into sourcing decisions
• Track and report on supplier performance metrics, impact outcomes, and program effectiveness
• Support initiatives that strengthen community resilience and economic opportunity through responsible sourcing practices

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of supply chain management, procurement, vendor management, or related professional experience
• Proven success building and managing strategic supplier relationships at scale
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate procurement data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated experience or passion for sustainability, environmental responsibility, or social impact in business
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across functions and organizational levels
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate complex, cross-functional challenges
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, economics, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
