Role Overview
As Partnerships & Industry Engagement Manager, you'll develop and execute strategies that deepen Ncontracts' relationships with key stakeholders across financial services and the broader risk management and compliance ecosystem. You'll represent our company at industry forums, collaborate with partner organizations, and identify opportunities to expand our influence as a trusted solutions leader serving over 5,000 financial institutions nationwide.
Core Duties
- Create and implement partnership strategies that extend Ncontracts' reach and market presence in financial services
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with financial institutions, industry associations, and regulatory bodies
- Lead company participation in industry conferences, working groups, and collaborative initiatives
- Scout and evaluate potential partnerships that advance company growth and strategic objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, sales, and marketing teams to activate and scale partnerships
- Track industry developments and competitive positioning to inform strategic engagement planning
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience establishing and managing strategic partnerships within financial services or regulated industries
- Solid knowledge of compliance, risk management, and financial institution operations
- Exceptional communication and relationship skills; able to engage C-suite executives and stakeholders effectively
- Strategic problem-solver who can translate market insights into business opportunities
- Comfort operating in complex regulatory environments with sophisticated industry structures
- Organized, proactive self-starter capable of juggling multiple partnerships and initiatives
