RWD Engagement Manager

Norstella is seeking an RWD Engagement Manager to join our team in Bismarck, Burleigh County, North Dakota. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact in healthcare by connecting stakeholders with real-world data solutions that advance patient access and clinical outcomes.

Role Overview

As an RWD Engagement Manager at Norstella, you'll serve as a key liaison between our clients and our integrated platform of leading healthcare data and analytics companies. You'll build and nurture strategic relationships, guide adoption of real-world data insights, and ensure stakeholders extract maximum value from our solutions. This role combines relationship management, data literacy, and healthcare industry expertise to drive engagement across our portfolio—which includes Citeline, Evaluate, MMIT, Panalgo, and The Dedham Group.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
• Guide clients through real-world data initiatives and platform adoption
• Communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making
• Coordinate cross-functional projects that leverage our integrated data and analytics capabilities
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and deepen value realization
• Support the success of clients using our real-world data and clinical research solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or related industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with data concepts, analytics, or real-world evidence
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex initiatives
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer-focused orientation
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or related field preferred
