Director of Product, Identity & Access

About the Role

As Director of Product for Identity & Access, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for all systems governing how users authenticate and access our platform. You'll lead product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver secure, seamless, and user-centric identity solutions at scale. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product development, requiring you to balance user experience, security requirements, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product strategy for identity, authentication, and access control systems across our platform
• Lead and grow a team of product managers while collaborating with engineering, design, security, and operations teams
• Drive user research, competitive analysis, and data-informed decisions to shape the roadmap
• Partner with senior leadership to align identity and access initiatives with company goals and user needs
• Oversee the launch and optimization of features that improve user trust, platform security, and accessibility
• Establish metrics and measure product impact on user experience and business outcomes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years leading product teams or managing high-impact initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise shipping identity, authentication, security, or account management products at enterprise scale
• Strong leadership capabilities and a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
• Deep knowledge of security best practices, user authentication flows, and identity standards
• Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions and measure success
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
