City Wide Facility Solutions — Gulf Coast is hiring a Bilingual Part Time Facility Maintenance Night Manager in Tallahassee, Leon County, to keep client accounts running smoothly after hours while coordinating the service teams who make it happen.

About the Role

This is a part-time, evening-focused position based in Tallahassee, Florida, paying $20 to $25 per hour. As a Night Manager, you will be the on-the-ground point of contact for assigned accounts across the Tallahassee area, ensuring service standards are met, providers stay on schedule, and customer concerns are addressed quickly. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a core part of this role, helping you communicate clearly with both crews and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of client accounts throughout the Tallahassee, Leon County region during evening hours.
• Coordinate and direct service providers to confirm work is completed correctly and on time.
• Partner with the Account Manager to investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Conduct walkthroughs and quality checks to uphold City Wide Facility Solutions standards.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Reliable availability for night-shift, part-time hours.
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts and coordinating service crews independently.
• Customer-focused, organized, and able to solve problems calmly under time pressure.
• Based in or able to commute reliably within the Tallahassee, Leon County area.
