About the Role

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a full-time Account Manager (Facility Solutions Manager) for our franchise serving Fort Wayne, IN. In this client-facing position, you will own a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the trusted link between our clients and the independent contractors who carry out their building maintenance work. The goal is simple: nurture strong relationships, anticipate needs, and ensure every facility we serve is supported with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned book of client accounts across the Fort Wayne and Allen County area.
• Build lasting partnerships by understanding each client's facility needs and exceeding their service expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to confirm quality standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with service providers and vendors to schedule, oversee, and verify completed work.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and follow through until issues are fully addressed.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to client retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently.
• Comfort traveling locally for on-site client visits throughout the Fort Wayne region.
