About the Role

As an entry-level C Technician, you will support our service team in keeping customer vehicles safe and road-ready. Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll gain practical, hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair while developing the skills that lead toward ASE Certification and long-term advancement in the automotive field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks on customer vehicles under the guidance of senior technicians
• Assist with diagnosing mechanical issues and carrying out routine services efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the shop
• Deliver dependable, quality workmanship that supports a positive customer experience
• Continue building technical knowledge toward higher technician certifications

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in automotive repair and a willingness to learn on the job
• Some hands-on automotive experience and/or progress toward ASE Certification is a plus, though not required for entry-level candidates
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
• Reliability, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Authorization to work full-time on-site in Little Egg Harbor Township, Ocean County
