About the Role
As a Leasing Agent based in Sulphur Springs, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective residents and the engine behind our community's leasing performance. From the moment someone inquires to the day they sign, you will guide them through every step, delivering standout service and clear, accurate details about our available homes and amenities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with prospective renters, building genuine rapport that turns inquiries into signed leases.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in interest, answering questions about floor plans, pricing, and features.
- Lead engaging property tours that showcase the strengths of each unit and the wider community.
- Shepherd applicants through the full leasing process, including applications, screening, and lease signing.
- Keep accurate records of leads, traffic, and conversions to support occupancy targets.
- Promote available residences and help drive consistent, high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfort working face-to-face with the public in an on-site, full-time capacity.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple prospects and tasks at once.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Willingness to work on location in Sulphur Springs, Hopkins County.
