What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and excellent communication abilities. A background in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required. Experience in industrial assembly environments, particularly in high-voltage substations, would be advantageous.
