SERVICE TEAM LEADER – FIRE DETECTION & ALARM SYSTEMS

Role Overview

Smart Infrastructure, based in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Team Leader to join our vibrant international team. As a key member of the Fire Detection & Alarm Systems department, you will be responsible for leading a team of service engineers, ensuring the timely and efficient maintenance and repair of fire detection systems across various clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the service team to ensure high-quality customer service and system performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for fire detection and alarm systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to system failures or client complaints.
• Analyze data and provide reports on service performance, identifying areas for improvement in the maintenance process.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in fire detection & alarm systems, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Detailed knowledge of fire protection systems and relevant regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• A degree in engineering or a related field, preferably with certifications in fire safety or similar areas.
