Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives across Koi Thé's outlets.
- Enhance and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions in HR processes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and innovation.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a transformation or analytics role.
- A proven track record in driving workforce planning and HR systems improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience implementing automation solutions in HR processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
