About This Position
At GitLab, we are seeking an AI Transformation Owner to shape and drive our marketing function's AI strategy. As a key member of the team, you will identify opportunities where AI can transform operations, partner with your Executive Sponsor to align on critical challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance efficiency, innovation, and impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize areas within marketing where AI can drive significant improvements in productivity and effectiveness.
- Partner closely with the Executive Sponsor to define strategic objectives for integrating AI into marketing processes.
- Develop and execute plans to implement AI solutions that align with overall business goals.
- Evaluate the impact of AI initiatives, measure success metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing transformation or a related field, preferably within a technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation through the use of AI technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A deep understanding of AI tools and techniques relevant to marketing operations.
