Sphere Energy, a young and dynamic technology-driven company based in Munich, Germany, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Branding Lead to join our growing team. This role involves developing a bold brand identity that establishes Sphere as the leading European AI for Engineering player. You will lead high-impact marketing initiatives and PR campaigns to position Sphere as a category-defining AI Operating System for engineering companies.
Core Duties
Develop a visionary brand identity, establishing a cohesive "language" across all communications and digital touchpoints.
Articulate how Sphere’s offerings fundamentally disrupt traditional workflows through powerful narratives for decision-makers.
Work hands-on with cross-functional content pipelines and design frameworks to ensure consistent branding across all external touchpoints.
Update the look and feel of our software product portfolio to maintain a modern, recognizable brand presence.
Skills & Qualifications
B2B deep-tech marketing skills with experience in developing targeted AI-driven solutions for physical product development.
A proven track record of creating and deploying high-impact marketing initiatives and PR campaigns.
Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling narratives for decision-makers.
Strong business understanding and the ability to articulate how Sphere’s offerings fundamentally disrupt traditional workflows.
