What You'll Do
- Partner with business and systems stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for workflow improvements
- Configure AI-assisted workflows in our customer service and sales support platforms
- Ensure high quality through structured testing and detailed performance reporting
- Work closely with service leadership across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels
- Coordinate with IT and other technical partners on integrations and dependencies
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Workflow & Automation Analyst who can bring a blend of analytical skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of AI technologies. You should have experience in configuring workflows, testing processes, and working with technical teams. A passion for running and a commitment to the runner-first philosophy is essential.
