Placemakr needs an Overnight Resident Experience Associate in Washington, DC to lead late-night resident care across its portfolio. This full-time role puts you front and center in ensuring every overnight guest and resident receives attentive, reliable assistance.
The Opportunity
Placemakr creates flexible living spaces that fuse apartment comfort with hospitality standards in selected neighborhoods. As Overnight Resident Experience Associate you serve as the main after-hours contact for residents at multiple Washington metropolitan area communities. You will manage support requests, keep operations running smoothly, and handle urgent communications so guests enjoy consistent quality no matter the hour. The schedule rotates and covers overnight, weekend, evening, and holiday periods. You will be based at one designated community yet regularly travel among other locations as needs arise, with approved expenses reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central overnight resource answering resident questions and fulfilling requests with professional care
- Coordinate operational responses and services across several communities so issues are resolved efficiently
- Lead clear communication during after-hours emergencies and escalate situations as required
- Maintain the elevated service standards residents expect while moving between assigned properties
- Support fellow property colleagues by documenting events and ensuring seamless overnight-to-daytime handoffs
