Placemakr is hiring a full-time Resident Experience Associate in Washington, DC to act as a primary contact for residents and help create seamless living experiences across multiple properties in the surrounding metro area.

Role Overview

As a Resident Experience Associate at Placemakr you will function as an integral member of the property operations group, focusing on consistent delivery of high-caliber service while supporting resident satisfaction from start to finish. This full-time role requires a rotational schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will report to a designated home-base community within the Washington metropolitan region yet routinely travel among other assigned Placemakr sites whenever business needs demand it; authorized travel costs are reimbursed. Success hinges on adaptability, a collaborative outlook, and treating exceptional hospitality as the foundation of every assignment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact for residents, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback to uphold satisfaction
• Provide on-site support at the home-base location and serve at additional portfolio communities throughout the Washington, DC area as coverage needs arise
• Partner with fellow property colleagues to complete operational tasks that keep buildings running efficiently and maintain inviting atmospheres
• Facilitate key moments along the resident pathway such as arrivals, ongoing requests, and transitions while ensuring uniform standards
• Respond flexibly to shifting priorities in dynamic settings so every interaction reflects the quality residents expect
• Contribute to community upkeep and coordinated efforts with maintenance or other support groups to resolve issues without delay
