The Opportunity

Brooksrunning is seeking an experienced sales leader to build and execute a winning strategy across the Western region. You'll own revenue targets for a designated channel or territory, developing the commercial vision and tactical roadmap to exceed sales goals. Working alongside a collaborative team and retail partners, you'll shape how runners in the Pacific Northwest discover the products that power their movement.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive footwear, apparel, and accessories revenue across your assigned channel or territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and budgets aligned with company objectives
• Lead and mentor Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed territory performance targets
• Partner with the marketing team to design and launch account-specific marketing initiatives
• Travel throughout your territory and to key accounts, industry trade shows, and expos to strengthen relationships and close business

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales management or senior sales roles within footwear, apparel, or athletic retail
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
• Strong commercial acumen with experience building sales strategies and managing P&L responsibility
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout your territory
