Windfalldata is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our team in San Francisco, delivering strategic technical guidance and closing new business through expert product knowledge and data workflow optimization.
The Opportunity
This role bridges our go-to-market team and product organization, positioning you as the technical authority customers and prospects turn to when making decisions about their data infrastructure. You'll shape how organizations unlock value from people data by guiding them through complex implementation challenges, demonstrating the power of our platform in real-world scenarios, and ensuring their success becomes our success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our sales and customer success teams to understand client needs and architect data solutions that drive business outcomes
- Lead product demonstrations and technical deep-dives with prospects and customers at all organizational levels
- Advise organizations on designing and orchestrating data workflows that align with their strategic objectives
- Identify and champion customer requirements back to our product team, directly influencing our roadmap
- Execute high-priority go-to-market initiatives that accelerate sales cycles and improve customer outcomes
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in the AdTech and MarTech landscape, with working knowledge of how these systems integrate
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical decision-makers
- Comfort engaging confidently with C-suite executives and seasoned product professionals
- A track record of collaborative problem-solving and a genuine commitment to customer success
- Full-time availability in our San Francisco office
