Vidizmo is hiring a Marketing Automation Engineer – AI & Revenue Growth in Remote. This full-time position focuses on building smart automation that links marketing activity to stronger pipeline and revenue performance.

The Opportunity

As the Marketing Automation Engineer – AI & Revenue Growth, you will design and refine systems that turn data, audience signals, and AI-assisted insights into reliable growth engines. You will partner with marketing, sales, and revenue stakeholders to reduce manual work, improve targeting quality, and give leadership a clearer view of what drives conversion. The work spans platform configuration, workflow architecture, integration health, and continuous optimization aligned to commercial goals at Vidizmo.

Core Duties

  • Architect, build, and maintain multi-step marketing automation journeys that support lead capture, nurturing, handoff, and reactivation.
  • Apply AI-enabled capabilities for personalization, lead scoring, content variants, and predictive prioritization where they improve relevance and conversion.
  • Configure audience segmentation, dynamic content, triggers, and lifecycle rules so campaigns scale without losing control or data integrity.
  • Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM, analytics, advertising, and data platforms through native connectors or lightweight API workflows.
  • Instrument tracking, attribution, and reporting that show how automated programs influence engagement, qualified opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Diagnose delivery issues, broken journeys, sync failures, and data quality gaps; ship durable fixes and documentation.
  • Run controlled tests, measure lift, and iterate on messaging paths, timing, and qualification logic.
  • Uphold consent, suppressions, and responsible data handling practices across every automated process.
  • Coach cross-functional partners on platform capabilities and recommended ways to launch and govern automated revenue programs.

What You Bring

  • Practical experience as a marketing automation engineer or in a closely related automation, CRM operations, or growth engineering role.
  • Hands-on skill with major marketing automation platforms and comfort connecting them to CRM and analytics environments.
  • Working knowledge of automation logic: triggers, branching, scoring, personalization tokens, and lifecycle orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing workflows such as predictive scoring, content generation assist, or smart segmentation—and judgment about when those tools add real value.
  • Strong grasp of event tracking, UTM frameworks, funnel metrics, and basic revenue attribution concepts.
  • Comfort reading API documentation, managing integrations, and troubleshooting data mismatches between systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for requirements, runbooks, and stakeholder updates.
  • Organized problem-solving habits, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work that most directly supports growth outcomes.
