About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces and interaction flows that prioritise clarity, accessibility and engagement for diverse audiences.
• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent effectively.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback and perform usability evaluations to refine solutions iteratively.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing teams to align design decisions with project goals and technical constraints.
• Maintain and expand design systems, libraries and style guidelines for consistency across experiences.
• Present concepts, rationales and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate constructive input.
• Stay current with emerging UI patterns, design tools and best practices relevant to roles near Karachi, Sindh.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar for wireframing and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, visual hierarchy, information architecture and accessibility standards.
• Ability to translate research insights into actionable design improvements and measure their impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams in Karachi, Sindh.
• Familiarity with responsive design, design systems and modern interface patterns expected of a UI/UX Designer.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail and readiness to contribute in a full-time capacity at Vidizmo.
