Role Overview

The HubSpot CRM Specialist at Vidizmo oversees the full lifecycle of CRM configuration, usage, and continuous improvement so that internal teams capture, track, and act on customer data with accuracy and speed. Working from Remote, you will serve as the primary resource for designing processes that keep pipelines clean, automation reliable, and reporting actionable. This position sits at the intersection of operations and technology, giving you ownership of how the organization uses its CRM day to day.

Responsibilities

• Administer HubSpot CRM daily, including property management, pipeline setup, and contact lifecycle stages
• Build, test, and refine automated workflows, sequences, and lead routing rules
• Maintain rigorous data hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and quality controls
• Create dashboards and reports that surface pipeline health, conversion metrics, and team performance
• Coordinate user onboarding, permission settings, and ongoing training sessions
• Connect HubSpot with complementary systems to keep data synchronized across tools
• Recommend and implement CRM process improvements based on usage patterns and feedback

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in a HubSpot CRM Specialist or closely related CRM administrator capacity
• Strong command of HubSpot contact, company, deal, and ticket objects plus list segmentation
• Proven ability to design automation, scoring models, and custom reporting inside HubSpot
• Solid data-analysis skills for spotting inconsistencies and translating metrics into recommendations
• Clear communication style when guiding colleagues through CRM updates and best practices
• Comfort troubleshooting integration issues and collaborating with cross-functional partners
