Vidizmo · Remote

How to use this kit

Ground every answer in facts on this page and the original listing. We never invent Glassdoor-style reviews or salaries that are not in our data.

Interview prep

Be ready to walk through an end-to-end lifecycle build: trigger logic, scoring, sync failures, and how you measure influence on pipeline. Prepare examples of improving conversion for complex B2B products, plus how you would message enterprise AI that runs on the customer’s infrastructure rather than a shared public model.

Fit summary

A strong fit if you enjoy systems work over pure creative campaigns and care about measurable revenue impact. Ideal candidates are comfortable in remote, product-led B2B environments and can operationalize technical claims (data residency, on-prem AI) into trustworthy automation and reporting.

Day in the role

As a Marketing Automation Engineer focused on AI and revenue growth at Vidizmo, a typical day centers on connecting product messaging to measurable pipeline. You design and maintain automated nurture paths, lead scoring, and CRM–MAP syncs that surface enterprise buyers evaluating private AI and video intelligence.

Skills to emphasize

Prioritize hands-on fluency with marketing automation platforms, CRM data models, and API-based integrations. Add experimentation design, attribution basics, and enough AI product literacy to translate Vidizmo’s private-deployment story into clear lifecycle campaigns without overselling.
