Position Summary
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a remotely-based Marketing Automation Analyst! This role will support our email marketing initiatives and drive performance through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and technically skilled, capable of independently creating medium-complexity emails in SFMC, including formatting, coding, and adding text, images, and dynamic content. They must also deploy medium to high-complexity email campaigns using SFMC.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Independently create medium-complexity emails in SFMC, including formatting, coding, and adding text, images, and dynamic content.
- Deploy medium to high-complexity email campaigns using SFMC.
- Analyze the performance of email campaigns and journeys for low to medium complexity accounts.
- Focus on optimizing engagement and revenue outcomes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding for emails.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
