About the Role

As a Field Account Manager for CLEAResult's HVAC Programs, you'll be the key liaison between our company and customers participating in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning efficiency initiatives. You'll manage accounts across your assigned territory, ensuring successful program enrollment, implementation, and customer satisfaction. This position requires regular field work visiting job sites, customer facilities, and partner locations to oversee program progress and resolve issues in real time.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial account holders enrolled in HVAC efficiency programs
  • Conduct site visits to assess equipment needs, verify installation progress, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage the full customer lifecycle from program enrollment through project completion and beyond
  • Coordinate with installation contractors, inspectors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
  • Document account activity, customer interactions, and project milestones using company systems
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, technical issues, and program barriers in the field
  • Support account expansion by educating customers about additional energy efficiency opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • Professional experience in account management, field sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Understanding of or willingness to quickly learn HVAC systems and energy efficiency programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse customer bases
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout your assigned territory
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer success and accountability
