Oracle is hiring a Source to Pay (S2P) Workstream Lead with an Oracle Procurement Cloud focus to join Oracle N.A. Consulting in Washington, D.C. This full-time, on-site role puts an experienced functional leader at the center of enterprise Cloud Fusion deployments.
About the Role
As the Source to Pay Workstream Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Oracle's Source to Pay Cloud Fusion solution for client engagements. You will guide business process design and configuration across the full procurement and payables lifecycle, translating client requirements into working Oracle Procurement Cloud capabilities. The position is based in Washington, D.C. and is not a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful implementation of Oracle's Source to Pay Cloud Fusion solution from design through go-live.
- Drive business process implementation across core S2P modules, including Purchasing and Self-Service Purchasing.
- Configure and support Contracts, Sourcing, and Supplier Qualification Management functionality.
- Enable Supplier Portal, Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management workstreams.
- Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to align solution decisions with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud and the broader Source to Pay module set.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams through business process implementation and solution delivery.
- Working knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and payables processes.
- Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills suited to a client-facing role.
- Willingness to work on-site in Washington, D.C. in a full-time capacity.
