What This Role Involves

The Director, ReBIRD Global Transformation & Capabilities at Arcteryx is a pivotal leadership position where you will drive the company's 3-5 year global circular service ecosystem. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to unify Service Capabilities and Operations, Product Ownership in Enterprise Technology, Data Analytics and Insights, with cross-functional Care & Repair Operations into a seamless, end-to-end strategic function. Your role involves defining global standards, accelerating tech-enabled circular services, and leveraging data to drive commercial viability across owned vertical channels, wholesale, and experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the executive vision for Arc’teryx’s ReBIRD program
  • Unify Service Capabilities and Operations with Product Ownership in Enterprise Technology
  • Leverage Data Analytics and Insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Partner directly with executive leadership across Supply Chain, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Brand
  • Promote circularity as a major growth driver and competitive differentiator for Arc’teryx
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience at all commercial touchpoints, including retail and eCommerce

Requirements

  • Executive visionary and strategic leader with 10+ years of experience in transformation and circular economy initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership in defining global standards for service capabilities and operations
  • Expertise in enterprise technology, data analytics, and insights
  • Proven track record in driving tech-enabled circular services and leveraging data to enhance commercial viability
  • Strong collaboration skills with executive leadership across multiple departments
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Based out of North Vancouver office; open to a hybrid work schedule
