About the Role

Your opportunity to join a leading brand in outdoor apparel and gear. As a Lead at Arcteryx, you will be part of an essential leadership team that includes the Assistant and Store Manager. You'll lead a group of Product Guides while ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all areas of retail operations including product, community engagement, customer service, and people management. This role is pivotal in driving the store's success and enhancing our practices to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Guides and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on coaching, people experience, and business needs.
• Facilitate community engagement and product knowledge sharing among staff.
• Seek out opportunities to improve store operations and customer service practices.
• Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.
• A deep passion for nature and outdoor activities, with a commitment to sustainability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives and implement changes effectively.
• Experience in retail operations and customer service is preferred but not required.
