About This Position

The Construction Project Manager will report to the Senior Construction Project Manager and be responsible for all aspects of store development within Arc’teryx. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, developing and managing key deliverables from site selection to construction completion. As a leader, you will work collaboratively with real estate, design, operations, and other internal and external partners in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of store development projects, including site selection, planning, and execution.
  • Develop and manage key deliverables for mainline construction projects within the real estate portfolio.
  • Collaborate with real estate, design, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Store Development to build stores on time and on budget.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management within a retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with real estate development processes and construction project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
