What This Role Involves

The Senior Merchant 2 - Regional Merchandising Excellence role involves supporting the Regional Merchandising leadership team to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. Working closely with the Senior Vice President, you will establish scalable ways of working, governance frameworks, and best practices that enable teams to operate more effectively and efficiently.

• Connect regional insights, organizational learnings, and cross-functional feedback to support continuous improvement and stronger collaboration across the business
• Create clarity and simplify complexity through the development of processes and tools for effective team collaboration while staying aligned with brand vision and merchandising objectives

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Support the Regional Merchandising leadership team in strengthening organizational effectiveness, consistency, and operational excellence across the merchandising function
• Establish scalable ways of working, governance frameworks, and best practices that enable teams to operate more effectively and efficiently
• Connect regional insights, organizational learnings, and cross-functional feedback to support continuous improvement and stronger collaboration across the business
• Create clarity and simplify complexity through the development of processes and tools for effective team collaboration while staying aligned with brand vision and merchandising objectives

Qualifications

• Passionate about creating clarity, simplifying complexity, and building processes and tools that help teams collaborate effectively
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices
• Experience in process optimization, governance, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
