About the Role

The Operational Excellence Manager, based within the Strategic Programs and Operational Excellence department, will lead enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives across various sites, functions, and cross-functional teams. This role is pivotal in driving structured improvement programs aimed at enhancing operational performance, improving process effectiveness, reducing waste, and boosting overall efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Leverage lean manufacturing principles to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies across the organization
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational excellence progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives for operational excellence initiatives
• Facilitate training programs to enhance team members' skills in operational excellence methodologies
• Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to optimize operations

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or a related field
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization
• A proven track record of delivering results through structured improvement programs
