Amazon E-commerce Merchandising Store Manager

This full-time role combines content strategy, visual merchandising, and platform optimization across leading e-commerce channels.

Role Overview

Pro Coffee Gear connects coffee enthusiasts worldwide with premium espresso machines and accessories. We're building a team that combines technical expertise with genuine passion for exceptional products and customer service. In this position, you'll own the end-to-end merchandising and listing strategy for our Amazon storefront and related channels, ensuring our products are discovered, understood, and purchased by the right audience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize product listings across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, incorporating keyword research and conversion best practices
• Source, manage, and edit high-quality product photography and visual assets to enhance listings and reinforce brand consistency
• Write compelling, SEO-driven product descriptions, bullet points, and marketing copy that balance search visibility with conversion appeal
• Implement and maintain product feeds using feed management tools to ensure accurate, up-to-date inventory and pricing across all channels
• Monitor listing performance metrics and make data-informed optimizations to improve search ranking and sales

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record in e-commerce management and merchandising, with hands-on marketplace optimization expertise
• Deep, hands-on experience creating and managing Amazon product listings
• Strong proficiency with feed management platforms and e-commerce content tools
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, persuasive product content with solid SEO fundamentals
• Comfortable sourcing, selecting, and directing product photography or visual content creation
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize and deliver independently, while collaborating effectively with team members
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytically minded; comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with Shopify or other platforms is a plus; advanced SEO expertise is beneficial
