About the Role

In this Associate Manager position, you'll architect and execute our merchant support strategy—transforming how we serve restaurant partners after they launch on our platform. You'll own both the vision and implementation of a support system that's technology-enabled, scalable, and genuinely responsive to merchant needs, directly impacting retention and business growth.

Core Duties

• Develop comprehensive merchant support strategies that help partners maximize their success on the platform while reducing operational obstacles
• Lead data-informed initiatives and experiments to improve the merchant experience, making decisions grounded in analytics and clear business logic
• Coordinate across product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to execute merchant-focused projects and drive platform improvements
• Identify and solve merchant pain points through direct investigation, testing new approaches, and implementing scalable solutions
• Monitor key metrics and use insights to continuously refine merchant support processes and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed
• 4–6 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or a closely related field
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, uncertain environments and move with pace and urgency
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leading data-driven projects; SQL proficiency is valued
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives and building consensus among partners from different departments
• Comfort exploring and applying AI tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking

Base salary for this role ranges from $105,400 to $155,000 USD, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
