Role Overview
BRPH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position involves traveling across the U.S. to manage construction projects for mission-driven clients in various sectors including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, commercial, education, entertainment, hospitality, and federal markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through all phases of construction from pre-construction planning to final closeout.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field is preferred.
