Mastec Civil, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead highway and bridge infrastructure projects in Pineridge, Lexington County. In this full-time role, you'll direct project teams through complex construction operations across the Midlands, ensuring quality delivery on schedule and within budget.
About the Role
As Construction Project Manager, you'll manage all phases of highway and bridge construction projects from planning through completion. This position requires hands-on leadership of construction teams, contractors, and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining rigorous standards for quality and safety compliance.
What You'll Do
- Direct daily construction activities and coordinate teams to maintain project progress
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure all work meets company specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor project performance, identify challenges, and implement corrective solutions
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Oversee quality assurance and safety protocols across job sites
- Manage contractor relationships and coordinate vendor activities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing construction projects in highway or bridge work
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively
- Excellent leadership and team coordination capabilities
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification or degree in construction management preferred
