About the Role

As a Designer 2 - Men’s Hike at Arcteryx, you will design comprehensive apparel solutions that align with our design philosophies. You'll contribute to the continued evolution of how we approach and design Hike apparel offerings, ensuring innovative, relevant outcomes fit within existing collections. Your role involves creating resolved solutions considering materials, feature set, fit, and style to meet specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute assigned product designs within seasonal timelines to complement existing collections.
• Contribute to the design of new products for Men’s hike apparel, including pants, woven garments, knits, fleece, insulation, and gore styles.
• Work collaboratively with a team of builders, problem solvers, and passionate outdoor enthusiasts to identify future needs and build innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in designing apparel for outdoor activities such as hiking.
• A deep understanding of materials, feature set, fit, and style.
• The ability to work on-site at our North Vancouver office.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
