The Opportunity
Your opportunity lies within the dynamic and innovative environment of Arcteryx.com. As a Senior Merchant 2 - Global Pricing, you will spearhead our Global Pricing Project, a cross-functional initiative that aims to revolutionize how we set, govern, and execute pricing across all our franchises, channels, and regions. Reporting directly to the SVP, Regional Merchandising, your role is pivotal in ensuring this high-stakes project remains on track, translating complex commercial questions into clear, well-supported recommendations for leadership.
Core Duties
- Owning the execution and ongoing discipline of tracking, governance, and establishing guidelines to maintain consistent pricing over time
- Managing key gates and deliverables, coordinating work across multiple workstreams and teams
- Preparing content for steering committee meetings and other critical forums
- Combining analytical and critical-thinking skills with program-management discipline to keep the complex, cross-functional initiative on track and well-governed

- Experience in global pricing strategies and execution
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Experienced in project management and coordination across multiple teams
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Eligible to work in Canada; based out of North Vancouver office with no remote option
