The Opportunity

Amentum is seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to own pricing strategy and revenue architecture. In this full-time position based in Tallahassee, you'll develop and execute pricing frameworks that directly impact profitability and market competitiveness. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex cost and market data into actionable pricing decisions that support Amentum's mission of delivering mission-critical solutions to the United States and its allies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions
• Analyze cost structures, margin dynamics, and competitive positioning to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, product, finance, and business development teams to build and refine pricing models
• Monitor pricing performance metrics, track market trends, and adjust strategies based on business outcomes and customer feedback
• Lead pricing negotiations on major contracts and engagements, balancing profitability with competitive requirements
• Present pricing recommendations and financial impact analyses to senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement of pricing processes and analytical capabilities across the organization

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in pricing management, pricing strategy, financial analysis, or related strategic roles
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in spreadsheet applications and data analysis
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, margin optimization, and profit maximization principles
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• Experience in B2B or complex sales environments preferred
