What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of operations management experience in manufacturing or packaging

- Strong strategic planning and business acumen
- Experience with process optimization and lean methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
